SHIPPING POLICY. We ship to the continental United States and Canada, but reserve the right to refuse to ship any order or any portion of an order. In such instances, applicable payments collected will be refunded to the customer within 2 weeks of cancellation. Customer pays for shipping using one of the shipping arrangements offered by us at the time of checkout. Damage or loss during shipping is the customer's responsibility to resolve with the carrier who performed the shipping.
RETURN POLICY. We accept returns of parts, tools, and supplies only in unopened and undamaged packaging. Returned goods must be in unused and brand new condition in order to qualify for a refund. Returned goods will be shipped at the customer's expense. We do not accept returns of apparel, shoes, helmets, or other wearable items. We accept returns of bicycles but only in the original and unopened container. If product packages are returned with evidence of opening, tampering, or re-packaging, we will not issue a refund. We do not accept returns of bicycles that have been assembled or partially assembled under any circumstances. All returns must be arranged with us by obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us within 7 days of the original shipping date. Returned goods must be received by us within 21 days of the date of purchase in order to be eligible for refund. Any goods returned outside of these time frames will not be eligible for refund.
